Sam is one of the founders of ThinkTank and has an academic background in mathematics, astrophysics and string theory. Originally from Belfast (Ireland) Sam has studied in Cape Town (South Africa) and now lives in Edinburgh (Scotland). He is a founder of the Free High School Science Textbook and heads up the J2ME OpenLAPI open source project.
